VIRGA is a Tribally-owned consulting group dedicated to cultural integrity and reciprocal relationships with Tribal Nations.

We support Tribal Nations in defining and realizing their own sustainable futures by centering ancestral knowledge and Indigenous innovation in our work. We believe food and energy sovereignty are essential pathways to restoring traditional lifeways and ensuring the well-being of future generations, the truest path to healing the land and the people.

We specialize in climate change planning, curriculum development, community engagement, and culturally-based activities that reconnect youth and community back to the land. We also guide external partners toward understanding their obligations under the Federal Trust responsibility, always engaging through mutual respect and true government-to-government protocols.

The meteorological phenomenon of Virga is a visible stream of life-giving moisture that starts its descent from the cloud but often evaporates before it reaches dry ground.

At VIRGA Tribal Solutions, we recognize that vital resources, knowledge, and funding (the rain from the cloud) too often evaporate or get lost in bureaucracy before they can truly take root in our communities. We embody Virga by serving as the trustworthy channel that ensures these resources are effectively utilized by Tribal Nations.
